Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies

1: Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square tin with baking paper.

2: Add the butter and 1/2 cup of the choc chips into a bowl. Microwave until melted and whisk well.

3: Add in the milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt and whisk again.

4: Add in the flour and cocoa powder and whisk until a thick batter forms.

5: Add in the cookie dough and press down to form the base.

6: Pour the prepared brownie batter on top and spread evenly.

7: Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked.

8: Remove from oven and cool completely. Chill in fridge before slicing.

9: Enjoy and store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
